Intervention and Medical Help

Services provided for teens include mediacl as well as mental health assistance. Included in our mission is the well beig of the children of those who carry the disease. Teen crisis and emergency intervention. Treatment, medication adherence and secondary prevention education to HIV+ youth. All under the guidance of Ms. Patterson, Executive Director and Board President, and Gina Cuneo-Ramos, Deputy Director and Board Vice President; both Registered Nurses. Medical case management with a RN on site who will maintain health records and make outside referrals.
